Maybe I'm not being imaginative enough about abilities, but a mafia member was vigged, and the vig claimed their kill. It would be a very convoluted series of events for Oddjutsu to not be town here.
Another thing I've learned about Worstgen is that you all almost never "clear" players, and even when you do, you usually second guess them within a few days. On NF, I don't think there would still be a lot of doubt about Oddjutsu's innocence. I especially don't think I would still be put forward as a suspect every day despite being a pretty transparent watcher/tracker.
Oh, that reminds me, I should tell you all this now in case I get modkilled soon: I'm not quite the meager tracker I claimed to be. I am a watcher/tracker hybrid; I can watch every other night, and track on the nights I can't watch. I only claimed the tracker part because it was the weaker of the two, and I was hoping to avoid being targeted by the mafia. You can see how well that worked.
The first night, I watched Jew D. Boy. He was targeted by Queen, Rayan and Tobi that night. The second night I tracked T-Pein, and as you already know, he targeted Flower. Last night, I tried to watch Lindi, but obviously I was blocked.
