Did you play a lot of games with him to know this? If so it may be a solid take on his alignment.

not way too many but it's quite noticeable.
but he hasn't posted at all that's the issue. at first I though I didn't feel his presence (scum) because he is slacking but turns out he is not there at all (idk what to make of that now)
