Qui-Gon without a doubt, Anakin already knew and respected him, he was more experienced, more open in his feelings and compassion, more aware of the Jedi's flaws and limits, and he already had experienced a rogue apprentice in Xanatos and would have been more of a father figure than Obi-Wan.
