Saturn's lightning was confirmed to be visible by fodders and they even wondered what it was => Oda has never stated haki lightning is visible and fodders usually can recognize CoC

Teach's lightning in the anime was also used by Law in the same episode when he broke out of Doc Q's power.

I do think BB should have CoC mind you but those tiny asses lightning bolts aint the confirmation you're seeking.

Don Chinjao confirms CoC. He says there are a lot of conquerors and you've got to stand atop them all. Then he says if there's one guy he thinks can do it, it's Blackbeard. He is Luffys main rival as a pirate and one of the final villains. It just makes no sense to think he won't have conquerors haki.

Sengoku was confirmed as having Basic CoC, not Advance CoC like Teach and five Planets.

You thinking it should be a different thing entirely but no one says it can't be both. Five Planet's dark magic teleportation might be related to Conquerors Haki variant alongside with other things. Remember, Shanks's Wifi-haki was able to talk with Greenbull, if communication is possible through CoC Haki, then perhaps what Five Elder is doing also requires CoC Haki and something else more combined.

Jinbe confirmed Mars's giant lightning was related to his unbelievable Haki while entering through the laser barriers. We know they reacted same to Saturn's Haki when he first arrived with magic circle and lightnings. That is another connection with their summoning lightning.
