Questions & Mysteries Teach's leadership ability or Luffy's leadership ability?

Ofc he would want them back, doesn't mean he would do what Luffy did for Robin f.ex.
To simply put Teach will use his crew for himself, Luffy will be helped by his crew because they believe he'll be PK.
Shiryu didn't even trust Teach and was planning on escaping if Teach didnt take the Gura.
Pizarro asked Teach whether he can lead the crew.
People like King & all SHs will believe their Captain will become the PK. Teach's crew will never say that.

No way. Blackbeard has proven to be quite a genious in plotting. On top of it, since the TS we see how he manages to lead his pack of vicious opportunists.
He builds small teams with suiting abilities and sends them on specific missions.
He never lets his headquarter unattended. He only has one headquarter - and doesn't really care to protect other places.
People thrive to be a BBP follower - he's not trying to convince people to follow him. They just do, generally.
The main difference between him and luffy: Teach is always acting, Luffy is always reacting.
He generally does not plan something and then lead his team to the solution. No. What generally happens is Luffy is chilling around, something happens and the crew takes action on itself. He's not much of leader but rather someone people like because of his... let's call it craziness.

Thanks to BB Pirates Luffy could go to Marineford.
I guess Luffy is the better leader, while Teach has better leadership, if that makes sense. As for Luffy, people naturally draw towards him and want to follow his cause, they are inspired by and have genuine trust in him. As for Teach, he is smarter, more calculative and cunning, he is able to plan and organise, while of course also having charisma in his own right and special heritage.
Like Teach was going to kill Luffy but instead Ace was sacrificed for Luffy's career?

- give bb ponygelphs ( through law )
- give bb the knowledge on ancient weapons ( through caribou )

Without Teach taking out WB pirates, Luffy would have to fight WB.
By beating Law's 3 billion ass when he was trying to escape underwater and still not letting Law escape? Yeah surely Luffy helped Teach
Now Caribou being a Teach fanboy and started to be a pirate only after seeing Teach is Luffy's success
