It confirms what manga has shown for those who doubted it.
It is clear that faint was a plot element and hunger was used to justify it.
We know that Zoro endured a far worse hunger, the faint doesnt reflect his endurance, just an inconsistency for the sake of plot moving on and checking off couple of points.

Zoro is a one man army and he is destined for greatness. His strength isnt dependent on other char either and he doesnt need to borrow feats, hypes and portrayal. He doesnt need our up play or downplay to be the Grandmaster:cheers:

As others have mentioned it shows that Zoro going unconscious was used as a means of moving the story forward.
It also shows that Oda was being consistent with Zoro's endurance as the hunger (and probably poison) was what needed to put him out of commission.
Same thing happens to Luffy many times, he conveniently gets set back. Its just the nature of things when you a goat

Zoro fainting is nothing bad tbh, our Grandmaster while being nerfed with only 2 swords was protecting himself, Hiyori and Toko while being attacked by 2 enemies at the same time where one was a Supernova.
So our Grandmaster one-shotted a Supernova when he was injured, nerfed, poisoned, and had a fucking hole in his shoulder.
This just shows that Zoro can one-shot a Supernova while being severely nerfed with only 2 swords and having a hole in his shoulder .
