Interesting that the anime added the flame effects after Zoro's cut. Probably to signify the ryou flowing through zoro's slash.
Makes me think Zoro may learn the internal destruction ryou himself - internally destroying as he follows through with his slash will allow him to cut anything. Then again, if Oda wants to expand upon the breath of all things, that might be another different concept entirely. I'm nott too clear on it myself.

Seems like Luffy won’t be doing a complete solo battle against Kaido after all, because there seems to be a great opportunity here for Zoro to scar Kaido up with Enma at least once.
Yeah, I dont see a point in Observation related ability revealed in this arc while it will be a key to defeating Shiryu.
CoA related fb might happen in this arc tho.
It goes to show you just how op Asura is, if he's using a Pre Time skip power up against the yonko, while the other straw hats have been spamming theirs for years on fodder.
The Zoro effect. Only the top tiers are indeed worthy of that respect.
in before Asura has been retconned, and Oda forgot all about it.
I don't think Zoro is going to be fight another yonko level opponent until Mihawk. He either shows Ashura here or he doesn't and Oda wrote it out of the story (which i see zero reason for him to do).
I want to see Zoro use his other "demonic" moves like enbima yonezu onigiri and gyuki yuzume in this fight as well, would be interesting to see how Oda portrays those moves now since Haki is a lot more fleshed out.

Especially since Kaku referred to Asura as a "Kishin" (or fierce deity) - and Enma is one of the Kishin in Buddhism. And it could parallel nicely with Luffy's G4 being referred to as a "Myo-o" (or wisdom king) - another group of god-like beings in Buddhism.
