It was suggested to me it is possible Law did indeed use Shambles since Zoro honestly wouldn’t have had time to get out of the way of a double emperor attack combination and is seen lying on the ground next to Law, but of course that’s not to discredit him. Again, Zoro deserves all the praise he should get in his struggles against the emperors, and others are still free to have the conclusions they want too.

Law was using Shambles on himself bcs he was trying to get himself out of the way, as Zoro told them to.
You can see the attack already going around Zoro, from both side and above him.
As well as the last panel of Zoro is still holding against the attack. There is no shamble at any point regarding Zoro.

As for the others standing next to Zoro, they had no time to get away anyway so they remained close to Zoro.
Zoro simply lifted the attacking slightly and sent it diagonally upwards which changed the core of the attack away from them.
There was no safe spot to Shamble to, everything in front of Big Mom and Kaido went blank. Zoro is an undisputed MVP.
