Pre time skip zoro can damage a logia since he can use ryou meaning the only strawhats that can hurt an admirals at the time and it explain why zoro never fought them his shishi sonson would have done some damage, post time skip zoro could kill an admirals with asura if it land, current zoro is overkill.
correct, there's a reason why we see zoro post alabasta saying he can't readily use Breath Of All Things or Ryou and conveniently he didn't use ShiShi SonSon during skypiea and during enies lobby, Kaku stopped him from using it.

Everytime Zoro accomplish outstanding feat (that should be impossible) oda always make sur to limit who are there to witness it. law when zoro cut kaido, sanji who zoro take luffy pain and cut kuma, franky and brook when zoro fough zombie ryuma, ussop when zoro cut hoddy, tashigi when zoro fodderize monet, rooftop 5 with hakkai, zoro cutting the seatrain shocking the franky family, zoro vs luffy witnessed by vivi . To the world in general zoro is just a powerfull swordsman only the few people who witnessed his accomplishment know better. Jimbei about to join the list of those few people.
