Everything that becomes popular is somehow overrated. At least, it's better than some of the totally garbage series like Money Heist.

I'll say it's an 8.5 tbh.

Money Heist is pure garbage.
Squid Game was pretty decent though, the dialogue of the VIPs was horrendous and almost made me stop watching but I managed to get through it.
However I didn't like the ending.
