For me it was better that i played Dark Souls Remastered before Elden Ring ,because souls games are similiar from the gameplay it definetly helped in my case :milaugh:
There is even an Elden Ring Thread here on WG with some outstanding Players like Kinyagi who beats bosses on Level 1 Damageless :believe:

Take your time and pay attention to the dialogue... its vague but it offers clues as to where to go. Explore alot, also don't be afraid to look up youtube guides if your stuck.

Jaguar is 100% right with his tips .
and one good tip i have for you don‘t try to fight everything you see, some enemies are meant for taking on a little later in the game .
If you hit a wall sometimes it‘s better to do other stuff and come back later with a new tactic or something usefull you have learned by exploring .

Bloodborne also looks intresting I‘ve see some stuff on YT here and there

Its more of easily changing his mind between hypetrains rather than strategic isnt it? Strategic in powerscaling is more like you have a solid stance on which character you support powerlevel-wise and do every cunning arguments to defend that character. Kinyagi changes his mind and feelings so often imo thats not strategic stuff.
