Dragon and the RA are the least interesting of the great powers anyway. Compared to the Navy, the Warlords, the Emperors and their crews, the Supernovas and SWORD I really find them dull and boring.
They would be far more interesting if they were a more morally grey group and that there were different factions and ideologies within the RA just like for any real revolutionary movement.
