Titles - translatable = Warlord,Emperor... etc. The OP fandom don't call the Admirals and other Marine ranks by their Japanese equivalent.

It depends on how you see them and how Oda depicts them. You see them As a name or as an alias. I see them as an alias. so it shouldn't be translatable. You can see it in the manga for example, Sakazuki called Issho with his alias(Fujitora) in Dressrosa but he also called him Issho. It's like book authors when they have an alias.
Me and Greg hope that Kaido+Calamity also have a third form, awakening form(similar like Chopper monster point) with is the strongest form overall, at least I hope it, but let see if Oda really showcase it later in the manga.

Same, if Katakuri can use awakening then at least King, Queen and Kaido should as well. It would be cool if true awakening was a 4th zoan form, something that entirely advances their hybrid. Awakened zoans were sort of that in Impel down (hybrid forms at least), they just had really silly side affects (weird eyes/nose drip) that i feel like Oda will retcon a bit to make the beasts pirates more imposing.
We'll see what happens. I don't expect the F6 to have it, that'd be a lot, but maybe Sasaki/Whos Who do.
