Uh, you do not need to view it as the "execution of an incapacitated, beaten Kaido".
The fact that we see these Zoans constantly returning after getting beaten should scream to you that the same will happen once Luffy has defeated Kaido. Luffy will defeat Kaido in a 1-on-1, Kaido will come back thanks to his awakening, Kaido will get slayed by Zoro.
It's the most likely and simplest scenario that fulfils both Luffy's and Zoro's goals for the arc.

His king kong punch could destroy cities, then he added the ability to internally destroy things through adv CoA flow, and the ap multiplier of adv CoC, and he surely has stronger variants of king moves than a standard punch.
The scabbards have gotten up just as much as the zoans, and Luffy has got up more times...
No one on the island has INTERNAL DESTRUCTION RYUO unlike Luffy.
Only Luffy, Kaido and BM have ADVANCED COC.
Luffy's G4 is physically stronger than either Kaido (ragdolled in his full zoan with most brute strength aside from awakening) or BM (shock face with bulging eyes at the prowess).
Page One got up from a single G3, non ryuo, non adv CoC imbued attack after having his jaw (his strongest feature as a bite based dinosaur) dislocated. BIG DEAL.
Ulti got up from a strike from Yamato on par with the same base G3 level after getting momentarily knocked out.BIG DEAL.
Neither are comparable to a KING move, Doflamingo shielded G3 no diff but couldn't block base G4 and was destroyed by the weakest KING move.
Crocodile is just gonna get up, Doflamingo is just gonna get up.
Tie the dude in the many seastone chains he has lying around, and imprison him, or who knows, if Luffy becomes joyboy and beats him, maybe Kaido will see that as a sign and leave of his own accord, to ready for the end war against the marines.
