In Wano its definitely Denjiro
You can dislike Carrot or Yamato from the bottom of your heart, but Oda did something with them during the story. Ad frankly Carrot didnt tale that much spotlight during Wano.
Denjiro was hyped, meant to be important for a good part of the arc, to end as a completly background character and scabbards.
Kawamatsu was even more meaningless but his stakes and narrative was lot less important to be begin with. (I wonder why Oda crated Kawamatsu, the guy has like 0 purpose in the story)

People need to let go of their attachment to Mid and Flaw if they want the final saga of Shit Piece to be worthwhile.
They are two last-minute additions that failed miserably and did nothing good for the story. All the content that they had since were introduced never rightfully belonged to them. All of it were content that was supposed to be from the main cast,but was stolen from them and used in Mid and Flaw to make them interesting.
Now that both are being removed from the story,people need to accept that they should disappear forever. This is how the manga can be its true self again.
