I mean, it's fine, if reason is not enough, with enough valuable clues to show you that never Mihawk nor Zoro will be the WSM or the strongest not even for one second in the verse, nor the most important plot wise for even one second, then just watch/read the manga, until it ends and see that what you expected never happened, and to come back at me saying you were wrong.
But I'm never saying that Zoro or Mihawk is the strongest in the verse.
I'm saying Akainu is, or have you not even read my 2 lines? Chill out broksi, just cus Shanks and Kaido is weak sauce you don't have to hate on the 🐐s.
So... You are making assumptions, but the proofs, where are they ?
Mihawk, 50/100, where is the exact quote from the manga ?
Admiral portrayal better than yonko ? All we saw was that the strongest admiral was beaten by an already dead yonko.
When another yonko came, the whole marines, with all the admirals and so on, stopped fighting because they couldn't take two yonkos.
Even, the strongest "admiral" in the time said if Raylegh came, an individual weaker or at the level of yonko at best, the whole marine would probably not win.
Where are their COC ? What are their feats against top tier ? What did they achieved, and by their own ? Nothing beside being submissive dog.
So it's funny.

They are leaving shit stains on their trousers. It's stinking up WG.
But it's the same path for Akainu : He is isnt, never was, never will be due to the plot itself, and the meaning of OP. Idk about fictional individuals, i'm just trying to say what is truth, and to chase falsehood, this is something i really want to do no matter the subject.
And, Akainu for everything i said above - you can read it - will never be the strongest, nor the most relevant plot wise, or whatever.

I didn't made an exact assumption, in percentage, i just said they are weaker, and plot way less relevant and due to :
- Not having COC
- beeing dogs without real will - it's linked to COC - thus limited in their ability to be stronger, and to the plot
- Not linked to the void century most likely nor are they D.
and if we talk about real "feat" and not hypothetical things as portrayal :
We never saw a proper fight between admiral and yonko, beside the one between an already dead past prime WB, and the strongest admiral. And who defeated who ?
Kid, i already answered you : He is a D, and that's why he can do as such, and because COC is linked to the void century and to having your own will, he will show it later if anything.

It's about ideology now, not proof. It's fine.
I believe too, without proof, that Coby the strongest, after all he will be there in the end so end material.
Why ? Because i said it.
COC is a characteristic linked to beeing a D. What is Garp ?
It's just a clue showing your relevancy power wise and especially plot wise.
You can be a non top tier and having COC alone, or beeing a D, you cannot not be a top tier if you are a COC user and a D.

COC is canonically linked to those who have the strongest will, thus the strongest blood and relevancy to the plot, usually D individuals.
Where does mihawk stands in this, and where does BB stands in this ?
Don't be hypocritical.
Yes, that's good !
So, a dog that is present in the last arc, as a dog of the main vilain - so by far not the main focus -, is obviously always stronger than another vilain that was beaten by the help of everybody an arc or so before ?
So Enel is way weaker than jabra or any middle vilain from a few arcs later ?
Oh and, WB was failling in MF, so are any top tier that were coming after him in the manga, above him power wise ?
