It'd be better if no women is involved, Sanji gets distracted and the fight aren't as good when women are arround.

A head on clash, because BB pirates are challenging his Captain is reason good enough for the fight.

Vs Gin and Pearl - no women at all
Vs Kuroobi - no women involved
Vs Mr 2 - no women involved
Vs Kalifa - finally a fight involving a woman
Vs Jabra - fighting for a woman, but no women involved
Vs Oz + Moriah - only involved women so much as it involved the whole crew
Vs Kizaru and Pacifistas - same as above
Vs Wadatsumi - no women involved
Vs Vergo - directly involves a woman, so that's 2
Vs Page One - no women involved
Vs Black Maria - involves a woman
Vs King - only had a woman involved so much as King being a POS

Vs mr. 2 - Fight starts with Sanji saving Vivi and revolves around his inability to kick Nami
Vs Jabra - Sanji rescues Nami part way through the fight
Vs Absalom - Sanji has to rescue Nami throughout the fight
Vs Wadatsumi - Fight starts after Wadatsumi almost falls on Nami
Vs Queen - Fight ends with Sanji saving a woman from Queen

These are Sanjis main fights the others are minor clashes but for each of sanjis most notable fights since Alabasta the fights involve saving a woman. You can add the minor clashes if you want, but we’re talking about fights Sanji won. In which case the only fight that didn’t involve a woman was Kuroobi which was back before oda was cementing the fight structures

So basically
Vs Mr 2 - does Vivi show up mid fight, or at any point?
vs Jabra - Sanji rescued Usopp, not Nami.
vs Wadatsumi - does Nami get involved in the fight? I thought it was Jinbe, they must be really similar in appearance
vs Queen - I literally said this, please try reading more thoroughly

Point is, most of Sanji's fights dont involve women and if they do, at best all we can hope for is Oda plays with Sanji's hopeless romantic gag.
