I'm gonna guess not every fruit has an awakening and only the absolute elite users of specific fruits have awakenings - my logic being it retcons why Crocodile and Enel weren't awakened despite being insanely skilled with their fruits

Maybe refined contrôl over it, making Pizarro clones out of stone/woods everywhere. Maybe divinding the island in 2, controlling/feeling everything on the island : the air, the plants, the animals etc etc

Pizzaro is god tier opponent for Sanji, who needs to train and power up his exo, dunno why some think that the island fruit is lame, prime Garp trained with mountains, why is bad for Sanji to fuck up an island? Maybe the guy will awaken also.
Or do you prefer lafite as an opponent, that stickman looks like he will go to sleep from 2 hits, Sanji needs to train his atack power, island >>>> lafite.
