I think this is a big delusion of the fandom.
Forget Sanji, Luffy has nobody to fight on Mihawk's level.
The best case scenario for Sanji would be to become stronger than Luffy.
If one wing is stronger, the other should be stronger too.

And Zoro foreshadowed it back on Sabaody reunion with their numbers.

So if Sanji does become the robot's engine and it does get implied that he's part Lunarian, it would make for an interesting reason for why the Germa Kingdom is always on the move and why they lost North Blue. The Lunarian genes probably got bred out over the centuries, but the kingdom remains mobile out of habit.

No one is touching him.
