Well, there are alot of possibilities Oda could give him a PU, but Oda used all of his creativity for Luffy, so he ended up giving Sanji a inconsistent Story PU in form of the RS....
Future sight and this latest Haki development. Invisibility+Future Sight with RS serving as Hardening replacement and this "destroying from inside" Haki would make Sanji quite a combatant. This type of flow Haki would be quite a boost to his kicks and it's fitting.
I think Oda would focus most on Sanji speed, developing it to next level.
And Blue or black flames on top of that would be Dope, which can result from combining Hardening n DJ.
Haki wise, i doubt Oda would give anyone else FS, instead Sanji might have something different and i think we might get to see this in Wano Queen fight, i feel this is right time for his CoO development.

That's not what i meant. I meant Oda Comes up with the creaziest stuff (Gears+Attacks) for Luffy, but all he gave Sanji was a stupid RS which is contradicting Sanjis Story with his Family?
There are alot of Things Oda could have come up with for Sanji. We saw Sanjis crazy Speed against oven - and what happend with that? We saw it never again. Not when he tried to Escape from cacao Island, not when he fought drake. Then he got the RS which should boost his Speed, but because we almost havent seen Sanji full Speed without the RS, it's hard to see how much the RS improves it - Also because he is invisible.
But from what we saw, when Sanji attacked Oven, he had the same sfx which were used for Snakeman. BASE SANJI!!! This alone seems broken. If Sanji is really capable of such Speed, comparable to Snakeman, why do he even Need a RS? Oda could just work with that. For example Ivankov used an attack, where he had many afterimages of himself, why didn't Sanji learned it? It should be a Speed-based technique, perfect for Sanji. Or why not letting Sanji Train under a Ninja in Wano to learn ninjutsu, like kage bunshin? There are tons of other possibilities, like upgrading his DJ, blue Flames, black Flames (which i dont really believe in, because fire is not something you can put hardening on - but who knows), beam/blast like attacks (not laser-beams) like he used in the film Gold. Sanji could use his DJ to replicate the Booster from the RS - concentrate the fire on one spot and making it like a jet-engine-fire or what ever - to increase the Speed of his kicks and his movements in General. Sanji never used any Gadgets and he never needed them - the RS is a trash PU, it doenst make sense for Sanji as a character and especialy for his back Story. Oda was just lazy to come up with something better or give him Training Panel time ( for what you dont even have to ''waste'' Panels, you can do it off Panel) , because Luffy beating up fodder is the most importend thing in OP....

a full demon transformation Rage mode 
Sanji fights Queen and starts of with DJ. It does nothing. He then shows flow of Haki with DJ and pushes Queen to use haki as well. He then goes in RS, and starts beating Queen. Queen goes hybrid and demolishes Sanji....rips his RS and leaves him for dead.
Germa come and save him. Whilst the Vins fight Queen, Judge and Sanji have a heart to heart. Judge reveals that DJ/HM is connected to the drug his mother took. And the more stronger his feelings and anger the powerful he becomes.
Sanji goes back to fight Queen with no RS, Queen is about to kill Reiju....Sanji gets super pissed off and goes devil mode. Similar to HM but his body morphs into a devil like physique.
He sends Queen flying about till he fully cooks his insides with this devil mode.
Different ending:
After talk with Judge and seeing how Queen wants to kill Reiju, Sanji engulfs into flames emitting more heat than ever, kicks Queen and leaves a hole in him just like Luffy left in that tree. Haki flow boosted through flames...
Well, gears are unique to Luffy but Haki isnt so it shouldnt prevent Sanji from getting such Haki development as well.
Idk about speed development... Have we ever seen a fight that was dominated because of speed? I think it isnt fitting, the longer the fight lasts the more injured/exhausted the combatants get so speed should suffer greatly.
I am expecting Haki blasting at least for Sanji and it is too bad that reject dial was never incorporated into SHs combat style which could be a nice boost for Sanji but many probably wouldnt like that.
