How can I say it....
If "All Blue" is created by destroying the Red Line, then....it kinda really doesn't exist right now.

I personally think the all blue exists but the CDs monopolize it.

You guys should check out the last 2 min of Morj's vid. It's about the destruction of the Red Line being One Piece theory.
Last 2 min is about Luffy and Sanji, I timestamped it below.

There's a flaw in this theory. One piece can't be the destruction of red line coz otherwise Roger wouldn't have found it in the first place
