I barely finished any series at all in my 16 years as a "manga fan".
All it took to find out about yaoi/boys love was an advertising volume that had single chapters of various series which I got from a manga publisher's stall on a book fair.

None of Sanji's brothers and Reiju have the willpower to withstand that, even Reiju who is more aware of things around her because she grew up under heavy influence of Sora, still can't do what Sanji does.

As for the actual CoC reveal, i think this will need to wait for the All Blue, a potential Germa come back to the story, and a pretty tough battle alongside an emotionally driven reason to fight, which will have to bring back the "Stealth Black" persona (Judge's desire for Sanji's existance) through Sanji start losing control of his mind and actions.
