So now we gonna look for statements that were months ago for what? He looked like a scrub and he did look like a scrub until he turned to hybrid.
Oda made a mistake by having Raizo, Kiku and Kawamatsu cloned him, fucking rocks making him scream in agony just to make scrubbards and Kidd somewhat relevant.
He should have clapped them from the beginning.

About what exactly? Raizo is weak by Kaido's standard, so is Kidd. Kidd can't damage Kaido. And Raizo is a joke of a ninja.

I mean If Jack can wake up hours after Being hit with an Island Level Trunk Swing to the face and be fine without any medical attention. Why can't a Mythical Zoan, a Grade above Ancient Zoans also have insane recovery rate?

At first I didn't like him at all. He seemed just your usual moronic beefcake villain crving for violence and blood, also didn't like as well all the exgerated wank he get with the fishy intro box.

Now he has way more character, for sure he is not Doffy but at least he is not the cliche villain I feared it was (it would have been really strange by Oda to make a yonko so unoriginal btw). Then on the wank side that "people says he is the strongest creature" got reinforced quite a bit by making Killer, Kidd and even Zoro state it again and also Oda put him on par with BM, give him some really good moments powerwise (see him and BM vs the rooftop 5) and at the same time Oda has started to use Kaido to incredibly hype Shanks for later. So now I'm way more satisfied with Kaido than in the beginning.

Taking results as consideration... He is the same as his debut. Taking construction as consideration... He is a garbage Yonko.

Let me say, is not Kaido's fault it is Oda. I will never forget Kaido scream to Law throwing fucking stones to him. Kid fucking suplex him. Kaido should have screamed only to Red Roc, Zoro's and Killers attacks and Law using his DF on him. Nothing else. G4 doesn't use adv armament, so no scream on those attacks too.

Also, why the hell Kaido is changing forms without a reason? Oden beat him in Dragon Form so he came back in human form. Kaido wasn't beat in Human Form to go back to Dragon Form, wasn't beat in Dragon Form to go to Hybrid Form. And after his fight with Luffy he is Human Form again. WTH?
