Yes among the captains, even top 2 tbh and overall he would be number 4 ( I think he can beat Ichibe honestly), to me its Yhwach> Ichigo> Aizen> Ichibe><Kenny.

He unconsciously lowers his power as he fights an enemy in order to enjoy battling them, what happened with Kenny and Ichigo is that he kept his power low enough to enjoy their death battle and he ended up losing because of that lol.
