I think Kaidos crew is pretty loose from Beginn with. With him falling, it will fall apart and most of them will split up in different directions. Joining kid pirates seems to be a viable option for someone aknowledging strong people (and hating Luffy).

The other problem is that Ulti and Page One are very loyal towards Kaido and because Kaido raised them since they were kids, they also see him as their father figure.

If Kaido doesn't die or gets imprisoned and simply just leaves Wano, then I do think Ulti and Page One will join him.

That's true while with each other they have a problem and their authority gets decided by power, with Kaido they have all shown similar loyalty as Straw hats to Luffy, all think he will be the PK, all want to have a drink with him, it wont be that simple to have them join another crew, unless we are talking about characters lower than the F6
