but with jimbe in the crew, he more then covers the swiming part when they need it. nah he can light his leg on fire, but nothing compared to aces powers.

Odas excuse for not giving it to Sanji is pretty meh. I think that Sabo would have been better with another power or simply just holding the mera mera so no one else ever eats it.

Sanji is a better character without it, unless you prefer overconfident cocky logia, like Ace?
To most top tiers, large scale AoE attacks dont mean anything and are easy to deal with.
Also, would give Sanji an advantage in the tier where opponents cant deal with aoe of such scale and from narrative standpoint Oda cant have that and at the same time keep Sanji as an underdog, unless he specifically puts him against an opponent who nullifies such advantage.
