If Oda is going by actual properties and if Sanji has a 3rd version of this, them it should most definitely be white (fire is hottest from Red -> Blue -> White)

But I'm not sure how he'd differentiate it in greyscale lol. I guess more lighting or stylized flames.

Yea the whole ifrit Jambe & Diable jambe reminds me of Super Saiyan & Super Saiyan 2, From a Manga perspective it seems like a minor difference. But translates much better in the Anime

He does a third version? Ikari Flames he almost used on Judge. idk what to call it, but it's the only time he did that.
