I think it's safe to assume Zoro will have a role being that he's a supernova and has ties to Kadio, but how much of a role depends on how much of a Luffy show Oda wants it to be among other things. That takes not just reading comprehension which is reading the lines, it takes understanding the kind of story the writer is writing. All that to say, better to keep your expectations low and have them be surpassed than the reverse.

So no, there is no room for a 4th actor here against Kaido. I think Zoro's role was hinted at in Dressrosa. Just like he fought an Admiral swordsman in DR, he will fight a Yonko swordsman in Wano.

You dont need penetration haki to hurt kaido turd for brains. The scabbards didnt have it either

I don't think you need "Ryou" to hurt Kaido. I never did. That's fucking bullshit. I always thought Luffy already hurt Kaido, it was just superficial bruises. (Kaido insta recovered from Kin's cuts too).

And with KKG I was always of the mind, that Luffy could knock 1 or 2 of his teeth out, advanced CoA or not.
