the only villain that's clearly in one piece is doflamingo cuz he does things just to watch the world turmoil into chaos he has no clear goal. Everyone has a reason for doing what they do whether is for good, bad, or simply grey.

Kidd Derangement Syndrome is an epidemic brother. They got PTSD from him for some unfathomable reason. If I wasn't so mad over what Oda did to Kidd, I'd be laughing at them harder than Killer and Gear 5 Luffy.
