Controversial What do you think one piece is missing?

This might be a very wild one and just a vague estimation, but it is possible that the series misses out on more defragmentation. I think it's just that Oda has way too much workload and because of that he can't add new fragments. I think deep within himself he would like to write and draw so much more, but he just can't. With more defragmentation many things could be explained better, more intellect would come to play and it also could fix pacing issues.
Doesn't feel like a pirate story anymore..
Only time I felt that I am reading pirate story was at Jaya..Oda had good chance to show pirate world building at Bheevie.. however it turned out pretty meh..
I don't want One Piece to become like senien but even if we compare it with Naruto..it had comical moment but at the same time it had tension buildup..
Oda already said that he wants happy ending everytime so One Piece most likely may never achieve GOAT status

It's moments like this that the manga misses nowadays. It's what made the world feel alive and the characters relatable.
Ironically, it's because of moments like this that there won't be any more.
Oda spent too much time making OP likeable, which in turn made him delay the plot he so wanted to write. Now he's "rushing" to fulfill that plot, cutting out the small moments (yet still managing to drag things out, somehow).

It would have been great if more mysteries were revealed gradually, but I guess Oda will dump it all on us in one heap.
Oda also lacks ability to prioritize mindfully. Important stuff like plot and already existing characters should be first things on his mind. Why the fuck create 1085580 new useless characters? + I feel like he adds 95% of everything he comes up with into OP which is kinda irresponsible.

Fleshed out endgame characters.
Look at this photo. Out of all these characters only Luffy, Koby, and Buggy are fleshed out characters, while we still have a lot to learn about Garling, Imu, Sabo, Shanks, Dragon, the shadow, and Blackbeard. We know a decent amount about Akainu and Aokoji, but I feel even then we still need a little more from them to be fleshed out characters. I'm not asking for detailed biographies about each of them that explain everything about them, I just want to learn a little more about the characters that will be important in the final saga.
