I didn't like the key plotline in Enies Lobby.
CP9 was supposed to be full of professional assassins, why are they playing around games with the Straw Hats? Why did each of them have keys with them, and why would they even have the real key with one of them? And why even tell the Straw Hats?
This whole thing annoyed me a bit.

This shit was so stupid
Kaku and Jabra also played around for several chapters and acted incredibly stupid
They nerfed themselves on several occasions (Kalifa too)
They had a different aura in Water Seven

Yeah people ignore a lot of Enies Lobby's flaws because it has good action and actually good character moments.

Yk I came here to comment about a plot point that annoyed me like everyone else but once I saw your post I couldn’t help but be on defensive mode (you’re actually right and it’s a bad plotpoint in the arc despite the arc being great overall but since it is a dear arc to my heart I will defend it even if I don’t make sense).

The keys plotpoint can be explained if we consider the personalities of these cp9 agents. They’re more the dgaf and foolish type. So besides playing games with the enemy (that they don’t deem a threat) fitting their personalities, the key had to be with one of them. Needing Robin alive can indicate they don‘t necessarily want her to stay in shackles forever so they won’t destroy or lose the key.
The strawhats or any one of their allies at that time could’ve easily obtained the key if it was hidden or with a random marine/spandam. So at least one Cp9 agent had to have the key. Them giving each cp9 member a key was just a ploy to separate the strawhats.

Now the strawhats could still just take Robin and figure out the key issue later and they mentioned that somewhere actually. The fact that they needed a key was a second priority to defeating cp9 members. It wasn’t the purpose of the fight.

When Zoro and Usopp got stuck wearing one of the shackles, Zoro suggested that he and Usopp cut their hands and let Chopper sew them back later yet he didn’t suggest the same for Robin and instead fought and got the key that freed her.

At this point you really need to just cite the specifics of your degree, because it's hard to imagine it's anything but made up, or anything more than a kindergarten-level certificate. I'd give you the benefit of the doubt, but my god, I can't recall the last time I've spoken to anyone nearly as pretentious as you, despite the fact that there's plenty of people I speak to on a regular basis - for work or otherwise - who are highly likely to have ten times the accolades as you do.

You keep saying you're demonstrating this and that, and providing the best arguments for whatever, but all I see you do in these threads every single time is just throw out empty nonsense like, "it's not bad, it's good," or completely baseless assertions that X plot point has been planned out by Oda since before the pyramids were built.
