his real bounty should be even higher , he was able to fight the likes of Oven and Daifuku without any difficulties. and he would have defeated any of them without any difficulty. the strawhats are always underestimated when it comes to bounties especially Zoro and Sanji.

No Zoro hasn't had a free boost from being in Luffy's crew. All his bounties been earned via his own accomplishment.
The 50m got handed to the missing SH from DR and that logic about getting handed bounties for just being part of the SH crew despite not having done anything apply to them. Zoro was part of event that transpired in DR and took down a Mingo officer.
That's not quite true either. Government simply didn't feel whatever SH accomplished in Alabasta wasn't enough to earn them bounties. Luffy is the only one who got a bounty for defeating his opponent and that's because it was a Shishibukai.
Zoro didn't get his bounty because he defeated Mr1, just like the rest he didn't get a bounty after defeating the officer. He only for his bounty because he defeated the infamous 100 bounty hunters in Alabasta and that was big enough to the government that they felt compelled to slap a bounty on his head.
Sanji got his EL due like every other SHs. He got his 77m bounty. So far his first and only legit bounty earned. Wano will mark the second time he gets a legit bounty increase due to his own deeds rather than extenuating circumstances and factors(Judge).

Judge got Sanji's bounty increased because it'd give more incentive for hunters to catch him. Judge needed Sanji urgently and motivating hunter with a higher compensation is one way of going about it. Judge post DR influences were charging the bounty to only alive and the rise of the bounty itself. Panels of Reiju stating those facts have been posted in this thread and I tagged you to that post, so I don't even know why you're fighting manga statements.
Sanji didn't get any increase for being a key player to whatever transpired in WCI, none of the SHs did. You don't get bounty increased for being part of some skirmishes. It doesn't happen like that.
Jimbei, Chopper, Nami, Brooke were key players in event that transpired in WCI yet didn't get any increase. Luffy got his due to defeating 2 Yonkou commanders.
Sanji himself stated that his bounty increase had all to do with being associated with the Vinksmokes, nothing to do with his achievement in WCI. Again these are factual canon manga statements, it shouldn't be up for debate.
Oda has never been consistently fair with Zoro when it came to bounties. Most likely because Oda himself didn't consider them relevant when it came to power and facts demonstrated it. Sometimes they look randomish, like Nico Robin's jump.
