Controversial What's the biggest disappointment you've ever suffered in One Piece?

Chopper's use as a character, a doctor and a fighter. He's always just the mascot character now and he never uses any other forms except Kung Fu Point and rarely Guard Point. Monster Point only shows up on very rare occasions but no longer even feels as impressive as it used to. Before it felt like Chopper was unleashing an unstoppable inner beast. Now its just a stronger heavy point with Chopper's usual personality, and introducing Babyjii feels like another excuse to sell more Chopper merch.
Meanwhile cooler forms like Horn Point and Arm Point have disappeared while Kung Fu Point gets spammed all the time. Heavy Point which used to be his second most used form hardly ever shows up too, and now it just looks weird.
Usopp's character has also become even worse after the timeskip, regressing in almost every way. Pop Greens also don't feel as interesting or as clever as his old fighting tactics or innovative use of dials.
I've been seeing a lot of that creepy behavior on Twitter and Reddit too. Its getting even worse now with mofos also openly fetishizing animals. The Dungeon Meshi fandom, which was mostly just cooking and fantasy fans, is now becoming horribly cursed too ever since the new anime came out and drew in a new wave of fans, with many of them talking about how they want to have sex with a damn lion or wanting to suck dragon dong. I had to drop out of that fanbase and social media altogether after seeing so much vile crap.

Probably the reveal of Orochi. I was hyped for Wano country and expected an amazing sword fight for Zoro despite not even being a Zoro fan. I was sure to lead probably the most hyped arc in OP, Orochi would turn out to be an admiral level fighter.
Ended up being terrible all around. Bad design, terrible power level, incompetent just about making him arguable the WORST character in the story.

Personally I wasn't surprised by his reveal. After many previous surprises and disappointments from Oda I already had that feeling that he wouldn't be that epic serious opponent, and I wasn't disappointed as such.
Plus we already had Hody Jones and Vander Decken, who's by far the worst antagonist in all of One Piece imo.
