Sure, and just by going to a new island, Nami is working on hers. And Robin had off-panel talks with the Revs and Tengu guy in Wano.
But it is enough--to leave all this up in the air, letting it implied? When the entire OP adventure was built around all these different wacky dreams and how they'll enrich the cast and ourselves along the way?

i agree that he wasted too much panel time on throwaway characters like kidd and law that could've been used on the SHs, hell the last time sanji mentioned the all blue was when he sorta gave up on it at fishman island

Most readers expected post-TS to have each arc focus on a different SH getting a step closer to their dream, which in itself wasn't all that difficult to envision, wasn't a headcanon nor pure cope, either. We weren't saying, segregate Luffy away from those arcs, and let other SHs do the work. Luffy can still do his MC shtick, dunk the island villain, and win the day. But let at least one other SH be important for the arc's resolution.
WCI was only a partial success. Punk Hazard and Wano shat on Chopper's medical competences. Robin only ever reads stuff in throwaway panels, without any actual plot importance during the current arc--would it have been so difficult to make a plot point she could've contributed to with arcane knowledge in either Zou or Wano? And now we've started the same shit all over again on the Island of the Future, where Futureman Franky does fuck-all tech-related, only appearing now and again to punch someone.

But they are not. All of Ussops achievements is not because he is brave but because of some gag and he is infact still a coward. Even in this arc he is still a coward not a brave warrior.
Franky's is not even a dream he doesn't even have to do anything about it.
Zoro's though works but there is no basis for it at all....atleast earlier he used to learn about swordskills and stuff and early fights(like against Daz Bones) showed that he kinda ranked up in the ranking of Swordsman...but that is not the case anymore...he just fights thats all...everyone does that doesn't mean they are going to become or working towards WSS...they are just fighting enemies.

It's not a question of panels, but how often he did things on screen.

Dragon probably has more panels than Oven, but did nothing.

Morgan was the only exception, for every other big bad or final boss that the Straw Hats faced it was Luffy's fight, it was obvious that Kaido wouldn't be an exception.
