It sure is weird and not common at all, but i feel the Nidai is a must at this point unless Oda introduces something else.

Him switching sandai for nidai makes sense too tho. Visually its just not as interesting imo. Maybe he decides to leave enma with momo and hiyori and takes nidai instead idk

If it happens, probably after the raid but I'm starting to think it won't happen. I used to believe that Nidai being purple like Enma didn't mean much but considering Nidai was originally supposed to be blue, would Oda have switched to purple if he wanted Zoro to have it ? I'm not sure. Either Oda wants to reserve 3 SGS Zoro for endgame or he doesn't want him to have 3 SGS. But I like Nidai so I'd like Zoro to get it.

If zoro make enma Black,and seeing this was oden sword probably he will give it to momonosuke now that he is an adult and he will switch for nidai

I think Momo will likely use Shusui as his second sword.

I've always seen it as linked to Kitetsu's curse. Curses and Demons go hand in hand after all. It'd be pretty nonsensical for Zoro to have a demonic form, while carrying around a cursed Sword, and the two have absolutely nothing to do with each other, in my opinion.

NO, among the each meito grade each blade is ranked from strongest to weakest.

Yoru is the strongest meito in the world because it was made a black blade, Mihawk and Tashigi have confirmed this that kokuto yoru is the strongest blade in the world.
Hitetsu also said this pretty clearly that if Zoro manages to make Enma a black blade that it would increase in "rank" meaning among the 21 great grade blades it would probably rank first among those blades.

Never was it ever stated that Enma will magically change its grade from great grade to supreme grade.

Enma is Zoro's sword just like Shusui was Ryuma's, I highly doubt that they tried to take Ryuma's sword while he was still alive

His grandfather was the Shogun before him and Momonosuke himself is about to become a hero by preventing Onigashima from destroying the Flower Capital. If he's not worthy of Shusui with such a curriculum then I don't know what it would take to deserve it.
