- Vegapunks can't override the order that comes from Vegapunk.

- Yet they say ''another'' Vegapunk override the order of another Vegapunk's which is stop fighting, and told them to attack the other Vegapunks.

Is Oda even trying? Or purposely trying to make the series dumb?

If its Gorosei that override the order then it would make sense. Or the traitor is Edison since he gave the first order to stop, then only he can command them to do another thing, I wouldn't say no to that as well. Otherwise its stupid.

you can't override a current order. you can give a second order after the first is complete.

"destroy the lab" -> a vegapunk could not interrupt this order if it was given by another vegapunk, only wait until the lab was destroyed
"stop fighting!" -> after they stop fighting, they are open for any new orders. another vegapunk could tell them to fight again.

Did they complete Sento's orders before Lucci ordered them to do another thing?

Also Lucci didn't order them to come up to the Dome, and they still did it. Certainly, Oda didn't explain well how this works and how makes sense.

sento was disabled and its already stated that they have an element of free will and can act on their own if they aren't following orders
So Lucci can override an order from someone with higher authority because Sentomaru was KOed, but Stussy can’t override an order from someone with equal authority despite Lucci being KOed? Oda messed up. He should’ve just killed Sentomaru to avoid this plothole

If its a Vegapunk then its most likely Edison. Atlas could be a possibility. They are the only one who haven't made command or got attacked on this chapter. There also a good possibility that it was Saturn cause what is the point of him going to egghead if we won't be commanding the seraphims. An 8th punk sounds unlikely.

It can't be Blackbeard Pirates because it makes no sense for them to appear here.

It's either Saturn or the real Vegapunk.

The bullshit is that even though all the Vegapunks are the same rank, none of them can override the command.
So what happens if someone with a control chip gives an order, then an enemy steals another control chip and orders the Seraphim to fight against the original order giver? And then the original order giver orders the Seraphim to fight against the one who stole the chip, and they literally just go back and forth for eternity.

It makes sense for only one person to have authority at any given time, unless someone with higher authority issues an order. Otherwise 20 people with a control chip can just bark off orders at random.

The explosion earlier happened while all the other punks were in one place, right? I think this rules them out. And the real vegapunk was the first to express his with of leaving so that makes no sense. It's gotta be the gorosei

None. Its clearly an 8th body or a 3rd party. Every other body was accounted for this chapter with the rest of the crew
What we saw were all Vegapunks and Stussy in their groups with no one missing. But this doesn't have to mean that they are not able to give commands to the Seraphim or even to be not there at all.

Think about the holograms we encountered at the beginning. There is a reason Oda has shown us that. Someone just has to project an image/hologram of themselves into the group and that's it - no one of that group would notice them missing. As for the controll over the Seraphim: Just project a hologram of Saturn and make him order the Seraphim around.

You lack ambition.
Can't have hope for Oda anymore.:kayneshrug:

That's still better than what we got honestly. It can be a funny gag too.

There is a shadow that destroyed the cameras. If its a hologram, then they couldnt do this.

I also just highly doubt its a Gorosei being saavy enough to override VPs directions, just sounds waybtoo complicated over jusy an implied 8th body, which is exactly what Shaka is saying this chapter "it IS Vegapunk!"
