Speculations Who is Rayleigh’s SH parallel?

Oda has already had characters state Roger is like Luffy and Gaban is like Sanji, but no one has ever said Rayleigh is like a certain SH. Are we still waiting for Luffy’s Rayleigh to join the crew?

This very chapter, Luffy and Zoro (the 2nd strongest person on the crew, an alcoholic, and a swordsman with ties to Mihawk) reminded him of Roger and Rayleigh (the 2nd strongest person, an alcoholic, and a swordsman who wears clothes with the same pattern as Mihawk's).
