Well Apoo's biggest fan is @Monkey D. Luffy since he is the only user that keeps Apoo even moderately relevant. Without him, Apoo would be completely forgotten by the fandom.

Will admit btw, with Shamrock brining devil fruit sword back in style, Shiryu got a good boost to his potential threat level in my book. I always had him very low since him JUST having the invisibility fruit pretty much meant to me he was gonna be Zoros observation haki training tool and that was gonna be it. But with devil fruits sword back on the menu, he could mirror teach and thus have "two" fruits.
Not sure about Topi-chin but pretty sure Ha00 places Venus above Shiryu.
