Drake currently has plot relevence with Sword, and he was with Hawkins. He likely saved Hawkins. Apoo was with a Number at the end of Wano and likely gathered the rest since his role prior was leading them around with music.

"Them" can be used intentionally to avoid revealing gender, which is obvious as Oda's trying to keep who it is a secret, and they're referred to as "ally" singular, not "allies".

Smoker is most likely with Tashigi and the Kids on G14. No, it must be someone else. I'd say Kuma for narrative and thematic reasons but someone completely can also be a possibility.
