Personality wise probably Sanji.
Combat style wise probably Chopper.

Chopper is boring as all hell. Post timeskip all the Straw Hats kind of became more archetype versions of themselves, losing their charm a bit for more cliche roles as main characters. Not that this wasn't already there, as it's a shonen manga, but all the SH had more nuance pre timeskip.

Chopper been reduced to just merch. Franky as much as I loved him pre timeskip, I really struggle to enjoy him now that each Straw Hat basically are watered down versions of themselves
