Best designed among entire minkmen / fishmen / merfolk
Also better designed than Franky and Brook, both pre TS or post TS
Had quirk - ✅️
Lost someone in the past (Zippo) - ✅️
Had dream related to Dawn of the world - ✅️
Would fill a role as Lookout - ✅️
Kinda unique fighting style: electro, once in a month Sulong, can fly using his tail like helicopter
Why? If you want a younger sibling figure in the crew there is always Chopper
His moment to "shine" = shine in explosion literally

Yamato as a character became pointless when she didn’t join. I’d rather have her than Brook, Jinbe or Chopper.
Caesar Clown was someone I rooted for as a future nakama in Tottoland arc. He had a fun and new dynamic with some of the core crew members, whereas Brook/jinbe barely have any on screen chemistry.

First of all, I would like to praise the well disguised jabs at several characters. 
Second, while Pedro has his qualities as a no-BS badass, he is way too similar to Lucci, design-wise.
I wouldn't have minded if any of the Monet, Carrot and Yamato joined.
Not overpowered logia among Strawhats would be nice.
Speed-based mink ain't bad at all but in a way too similar to Chopper, combat-wise.
Cosplayer has great potential for gags.
However, I would trade all 3 of them for Wyper.
A badass like that with unique combat style would have been a feast for the eyes in each fight.

The Yeti Cool brothers
If you look at the Yeti cool brother Rock he has a face that resembles Shanks he could be his brother which means he's a celestial dragon/half yeti he could bring lots of amazing things to the sh crew it's also possible he has conqueror's haki it's sad that Oda will probably never explore it tho
