Kuma will for sure do something, probably and at least save his daughter, then there is also the robot which has to do something as well. Luffy can be considered out, at least for now, and Zoro is probably still occupied with Lucci. In the short term Franky and the lesser SHs will keep Saturn occupied.

Dragon will probably run after Kuma, arrive at Marijoa or at least the red line and confront Akainu.
