Shanks lost the arm to PURPOSEFULLY manipulate luffy into following PK steps, shanks was literally worth a billion berries at 20 yo, he was inside a ship with haki masters such as roger, rayleigh and oden, you genuinely believe shanks didn´t know haki lol????

Even buggy probably learned a thing or two.

Everyone who fights luffy from now on gonna be a haki master, teach managed to live and escape within a yonko crew prior to getting his darkness fruit.
