Akainu has something against dragon and literally luffy saw ace die in his face and it broke his spirit and will which made him see how weak he was and made him hesitate to follow his dream
When he simply heard Akainu's name, he began to sweat and his scar began to ache and he concentrated 100%.
When jinbei was talking about neckbeard, luffy wasn't even listening and didn't give a shit
Sabo openly admitted that he does not mind avenging ace since he died for the lifestyle he chose
Akainu's power outclassed sabo's and Oda already talked about Akainu being the main character
So the blueno treatment is just a brainless yonkuck thing

Because dragon won’t want his plan to be ruin. He planed for revolution and his plan must be executed perfectly. Getting monkey d dragon exposed could ruined his plans cause marine can goes after him all the time. Beside monkey d dragon already exposed to public like being most wanted man in the world. Nami and robin knew monkey d dragon as dangerous criminal guy.
But robin and nami don’t know about IM.
Problem is IM hide more than anyone making you question why he is hiding. He need to hide to rule the world. IM got almost the tools he need yet he hide himself all the time. Kind like weak ruler or weak person hiding in giant robot or wizard of oz is actually fraud wizard.
