That's the problem. In reality sex are not binary, it's like a spectrum, there are a LOT of "sex". In reality there are two major sex and a lot of others. At least that what I understood.

Realistically women if given the choice to pick partners, Will always pick wealthier men
and alot of guys who arent exactly high on the social ladder will get left out so they seek these dating guides out of desperation cause they are lonely sometimes spending 100s of dollars and because these pickup artists validate their struggles by yknow understanding them. they choose to stick with them regardless of if it's a clear scam or not
and for those that wanna claim sexism on my part is stupid, it's only natural that women would wanna pick someone who's most beneficial to them.
if the culture had no expectation of men supporting women finically or otherwise, There would be no incentive to exclude dating solely richer guys

struggling at finding a gf can entirely be unrelated to your nature as a person cause factors outside of your personality exist like looks and money

i feel like a dick now coz i realize that the only reason why average men or below average folks resort to such lengths is becuz how the society is constructed now.. Where most average women you'd go Downtown and ask would want a specific standard for a man that sounds above average.
The society is more materialic now.. As the beauty aspect of women is exaggerated and literally manipulated everyone thinks they deserved more and should treated uniquely.. Thats the self sabotaging confidence women have now adays..are we now saying average men aren't unique or they deserve less becuz they aren't rich?, Even tho they may have ticked the physical department, women now self-delude themselves into thinking they are baddie bitches or whatnot
They are not mere ideas they are rooted in us genetically.. Women do generally want rich guys as its survival and guarantee based mechanism but now with femininism the point in trying to make is it has bloated women with the ideas of self-acceptance to the point where it has become self-delusion and egotistical and average men get shunned for being average so they don't even get a chance
