People only have problems with strong characters being swordsmen.
- Shanks can’t be a swordsman because that’ll mean Mihawk > Shanks.
1. That means the Yonko aren’t the 4 strongest characters in O.P
2. It means Shanks isn’t the strongest
3. It also means Zoro EOS is gonna be O.P (which a lot of people hate).
It’s just people don’t want their power-scaling to be wrong.

- He didn’t need it in Dressrosa he won easily without it
- he Couldn’t use it in Wano as he has had only had 2 swords for most of the arc. The one time he could’ve used it was against Hawkins but he didn’t need it.
- He has no intention of fighting Doffy cause he knew Luffy would win in the end
You’re literally proving my point right now as to why Zoro’s has 0 reasons to use Asura.

Holding back and asking for postponement 
Although I bet the translation was off, but I believe if that translation is true, it makes Mihawk title "TRULY" strongest, regardless of swordskill or haki or whatever...
Meaning, the whole notion of "Mihawk is only better in swordskills than Shanks, but ultimately weaker is FLASE, cause it would just straight up mean that The title is about strength, not just flashy moves, or skills... as if "again, if translation is correct which I highly doubt"
It makes Vista has better swords skill, but overall weaker... which makes Mihawk title MORE legit and scary actually

he was struggling against pica? In a way, sure, you COULD say that...but that wasnt because pica was overwhelmingly strong, it was because he had a tricky df to fight against. How exactly asura would help there? I dont see how really.

It's AP should be higher than the one he used to split it in half. But ok then. They fought on the golem, Pica got destroyed in swordsmanship. But continue on with that

so if zoro busts out asura to increase his ap, wouldnt that be wasting energy if that doesnt do the trick against pica?
Like, did you miss the part where zoro is telling elizabello not to king punch the golem because it can just regenerate? Just having high enough AP is not exactly helping against the golem.
