The finality of this fight was decided the moment he made Onigashima levitate - there is a whole new degree of urgency and timeliness to defeat him before he literally crushes the only prosperous part of mainland Wano and imposes his will on the world at large. Whether y’all like it or not, there’s just no feasible way we’ll get a round 2 in this literal life-or-death matchup.

The fight is coming to the people of the Flower Capital, even if Onigashima doesn't land directly on them it will land on Wano and Kaido's final defeat will have to happen under the eyes of the people he has oppressed for so long.

And when we look at the fight here it's clear that Kaido is enjoying it and still far from being at full power even without using his devil fruit hybrid form and potential awakening , same for Big Mom. This is basically Luffy's second round against Crocodile and Katakuri again.
And it's been teased again and again that Kaido and Linlin's alliance can only end with betrayal and that it may be the decisive thing to allow Kaido to be beaten for good.

How is this early? We're almost 100 chapters in. And obviously there'll be more hiccups. But this is clearly the equivalent of this moment

Only difference is there's more people this around, and 2 equal main enemies.

I was on board with this arc being shitty and not interesting chars but Kaido has become more and more interesting since the start of the raid.

You underestimate yonko thinking that there will be no 4 act.

Act 3 is as long as Oda wants, not as long as fans assume. Oda can make act three 5× times as long as act 2. You should also edit the poll and add the choice only Kaido loses because Meme is not sticking around long enough against the Worst Generation, she will be occupied by another force. The prophecy only confirmed Kaido's downfall by their hands.

Because people want this shitty arc to finally reach its end. Delaying the inevitable won't do it any favour.

Then they will complain about the next arc, the next after that and the next after that until One Piece ends. Then they will also complain about One Piece ending, some people just complain for the sake of complaning.

Oda or any other mangaka can't please everyone.
