Speculations Why do you believe Kaido and Big Mom is dead?

We have to consider them dead until proven otherwise. Then of course if and when they will pop out again that will be perfectly normal despite Oda trying to sell that as a surprise and if they are really dead then so be it. Oda messed way too much in this fake death "plot twist" field and now it has ruined any possible sense of novelty.

Only reason I believe kaidou is dead because If this guy comes into final battlefield , Who is there to take him on and still win? and fight someone else?

Kaidou is the kind who can be menace to both the sides effortlessly.

currently , No yonkou Matches up to Kaidou , Admiral are generally weaker than yonkou.
no literally no one. even as a zoro wanker , I can't say if Zoro actually fight kaidou he can fight someone else after that.
same goes for luffy.

and for bigmam , I expect her to return but with change in mentality , it would be understandable if she doesn't wanna fight in the final war.

Oda rarely kills someone so they could still be alive but unable to escape they are simply irrelevant to the story from this point and their return would only take panel time from other characters more relevant to the story . Them returning as villains is pointless Oda won't waste more panels on their defeat and having someone beat them off panel would just ruin their already low reputation .
