Zoro's conqueror's haki got confirmed it manga, with fodder getting KO'd, King verbatim asking if Zoro intents to be a King, and Zoro answering yes. There is zero ambiguity for Zoro having conqueror's haki.

All you have here is something that is visually similar to a black blade, held by someone with no indicative of swordsmanship or strong haki, who reacted in ways someone with strong haki wouldn't to Shanks.

The awakening part is just about Hody getting a new "transformation" after taking the drugs.

I mean if the way to know if a blade is a black blade, is for it to be black, then I don’t see how you can doubt your eyes?

If they believe that Ryo didn’t make it? Fair enough, that definitely may be the case, but to completely say the sword itself isn’t a black blade doesn’t make sense.

I did and I think we are just looking too much into it. It doesn't look like a sheath to me based on design.

Also, we do have white/grey shading drawn on the edges in the manga for yoru as well.

Now I am quite confident that at some point in the manga oda would definitely comment on Ryo sword so we would 100% get the confirmation but as of now - it's a black blade

There is clear reddish shade like blood on the extension of two of his fingers of left hand but not any black coating which basically means he isn't using any coating here

Whatever it is, it's 100% not a black blade [especially not one that HE forged]. Hope they carry on pushing for it though. It'll be funny when it's revealed not to be one officially

He was very clearly talking about stability. If Kaidou was ruling Greenbull would not be in Wano, just as Shanks wasn't, just as prime WB wasn't. Same applies to any Yonkou territory including WCI. Taking down Kaidou naturally leaves a vacuum to be filled.

If you want to take his statement purely for powerscaling purposes then Kizaru could give a rat's ass about stopping both Kaidou and Big Mom. Funny I never hear that being brought up to show Kizaru's superiority over both Kaidou and Big Mom combined.

It’s not that complex. Shanks even checks upon Kidd’s health before fighting him seriously. Shanks is the honorable type of guy and he was not about to let GB swoop in to defeat the Alliance in recovery mode, irrelevant of whether he actually could or not

This is the same shit that Shanks did in MF, he stopped Kaido from going and taking out either side
