The OP anime sucks cause its earlier episodes are made even more childish than the early manga and it has a shit ton of filler. Naruto and OP animes usually gets compared for it's useless filler content.

Nah, none of those were emotional to me half of those were dumb. The emotional writing just ain't there for me, also sobbing is literally all the OP characters do so idk why you'd bring that up here.
I don't see how gauntlet style arcs with zero intensity and interest are considered better than Naruto just because they introduce a shit ton of characters. World Building isn't that important, in fact the side characters I almost never give a shit about and just waste time, its hard to state flaws in OP because it doesn't try to do anything ever its just a bland side scrolling shounen.

A lot of your complaints are invalid(and false) since you've barely read/watched One Piece. It's like calling MHA a marvel comic wannabe/ripoff after only reading 6 chapters. Please note that many people including myself dropped One Piece in the early stages cause of how childish it is. It's one of the series that dont pick up until later and it is 958 chapters long right now. Your casual fan dont say OP is amazing until they get to around chapter 400+ or so which is a long time. The Marineford Arc brought OP mainstream success in the west and that shit is chapter 552 to 583. What you've seen so far is around chapter 90 or so.
On the other hand we have Naruto which is opposite of OP. Its starts off great but does to shit as it continues. I really enjoy Naruto becoming the chosen one with hand-me-down power ups and being a massive hypocrite, which guys who represents the message of the series like Rock Lee fading into the background.

Your whole point throughout this thread is that Naruto is better than OP and therefore OP doesn't deserve to be compared to Naruto. And that is a horrible way to debate.
As for me bringing up 'sobbing', I guess I didn't find the right word there, my bad. What I wanted to say that in Naruto, emotion comes from sob-stories like Naruto being isolated and treated as a monster or Sasuke's family being murdered.
While those are equally present in OP, there is more to OP's emotions. It's different, it doesn't always adhere to other the tropes of other anime, so you think it doesn't deserve to be an anime, rather a 'Saturday morning toon'.

The mixed canon filler episodes were amazing in Naruto....the Anime added some of the best scenes in the series,
Part of the reason why the anime adaptation of Naruto's is so good while OP's is usually v bad to most OP fans.

go look at Shikamaru's conversation with his dad or Naruto's loneliness before he meets Iruka on the bench after Jiraiya's passing.

Naruto is usually compared to One piece because back in time it was the most popular manga in the west (~2000), even above OP (which instead was and still is the most popular in the world).
Indeed Naruto part 1 was good, I don't say it was as good as One piece at that time but among the most famous mangas it was the closest (if you don't consider HxH, of course). Then Naruto Shippuden happened and it was a train wreckage (free resurrections so fake tensions, jesus naruto while throwing great "side" characters in the trash bin, irrational mary sue Sauce, talk no jutsus, plot holes everywhere etc etc) and now Kishi is even trying to still milk the cow through Boruto..
FT on the other hand is very consistent with his quality through the years, it was garbage and nowadays it is still garbage (even in space).
Never read MHA but I heard it is quite good, maybe since it is a manga born in these years it can fit more to your tastes instead of old ones.
Give a try to HxH, it is another manga who deserves to be read. For sure better than Naruto and in some fields and / or moments even better than OP. Also since you like Naruto you will probably like this too since, let's say, they have a lot in common.

U said shippuden was a trainwreck but just brought up the war-arc which was indeed garbage, but its definitely just been the ammo you OP fans were looking for to slander Naruto.

When it comes to the manga, objectively speaking, One Piece>Naruto. One Piece's writing both short term and long term is better and as I said before l, your word is 100% subjective since you've only seen a fraction of the OP anime. For the anime, OP was shit. Part 1 Naruto was much better with it's only problem being filler. Part 2 was ok but also got flooded with the filler and the natural decline of the manga.

Sure, we are sharing opinions. You think Naruto is better than OP and I think the opposite. As an example I think the Going merry farewell was very beautiful and Oda make you feel it very well. If you on the other hand don't like that moment that just means we have different tastes. Other example: for me that (Akatsuki arc) was the start (and maybe even the end since after Pain I couldn't see this manga seriously anymore) of Naruto downfall..
First Gaara was killed and that was fine, maybe even a good choice to create drama and tension (just look at game of thrones) but he was ressurected immediately sacrificing a character just introduced, same with Pain but worse, Pain destroyed the whole village and killed even Kakashi (but since this was after Gaara people could already smell the bullshit) then not only everybody revives but Naruto talks no jutsu the villain into doing it. Plus him turning from the underdog to jesus was just bad.
The short term writing is not better, jesus these arcs are terrible and way longer than any of them ever should. Long term? Maybe but the plot isn't that complex so its p easy to be good at long-term writing.

At this point, I will be blunt with you. You are not suitable for this place.
You haven't got even half the story and you are acting like you know the full story. People's death is very significant in OP, if anything, the flashback deaths should have given you that.
If you don't think OP is good enough, that's fine. But you are being truly annoying in a forum for OP fans.
